I had been looking to improve my communication and assertiveness skills for a
long time, because I felt I needed to stand up more for myself at work. When I saw the
leaflet for the Personal Assessment course , I thought that I had found the perfect course, and I was right! The questions that we were asked in the course directed me to the answers that I needed in my life. I had never thought about those things before, and everything was new for me. It was initially challenging but it really helped me to see myself clearly, and to find out what I really want for myself. I have changed my job since completing the course, and I managed to get one of my dream jobs. I am looking into enrolling on LOVO’S assertiveness course next. Christine
I am grateful for the space that this course gave me to reflect on what my skills and talents are that I have not been using or developing. I feel more confident as I have been motivated to discover and build my potential, which has now helped me to kick start my career. Onyi
