MAKE A REFERRAL
If you are a working professional and would like to make a new referral to us, you can do so by clicking on the link below and completing our Professional’s Referral Form.
Alternatively individuals are welcome to complete our Self-Referral Form. We will acknowledge receipt within 1-2 working days.

SAFE SPACES
LOVO facilitates in-person and online safe spaces where women can safely learn from each other’s experiences, develop new skills, and build mutual support networks.
ADVICE & REFERRAL SERVICES
Our Advice and Referral services provide tailor-made, one-on-one support to women and their families to address their various life challenges.
WELL-BEING PROGRAMMES
TRAINING
Our training programmes are designed to help women build professional competencies and life management skills, such as assertiveness, resilience, and self-confidence.
JOIN THE SISTERHOOD
GEMS NETWORK
This is a network for young women and girls aged 13-21 years to share skills and promote their wellbeing holistically. The GEMS Network runs an annual skill sharing event and occasional mentoring programmes. Please contact us for more information about this network.
