WORKSHOP 2: 12 WEEKS Women’s MENTORING PROGRAMME for wellbeing

    This is a 12-week facilitated virtual group workshop on managing a number of life management and/or wellbeing issues, as well as 12 individual life coaching sessions to help you set and achieve goals dedicated to your wellbeing, and build key virtues for successful living. Participants will use LOVO’s wellbeing journal to set and track their goals for a year. When women support each other, great things happen!

  • Aim

    The purpose of this programme is to support women to improve their self-care, network with like-minded women and build a community through dedicated 1:1 life coaching and mentoring.

  • Who is this for?

    This programme is open to women passionate about self-growth and total wellness.

  • Number

    Each programme is limited to 8 participants. Participants must be willing to commit to all 12 group sessions AND to the 12 individual sessions for maximum impact.
