This monthly support workshop is held at our daycentre, which is a safe space for women to connect. It is aimed at focusing on the benefits of gratitude to promote mental and emotional wellbeing. Facilitators encourage participants to reflect upon the chosen topic in each workshop – which might be things we take for granted, or the gift of today – and give them the opportunity to share their experiences and thoughts in the context of gratitude. Everyone has the opportunity to learn and support each other on the journey to total wellbeing.

The facilitator is excellent as she presents beneficial inspiring contents, related YouTube Videos and questions for discussion and reflection. She provides a supportive, empowering, non-judgemental, relaxing environment which allows me and other attendants to gain and share experiences and knowledges. I have learnt many positive things from Ola-olive, the facilitator, and other participants, such as, the benefits of practising gratitude, power of positive self-talk and how to deal with people wrong motives.
