It might be stressful and overwhelming to consider decluttering your space, whether it’s for downsizing or just to simplify your life. This course aims to provide you with tools and perspectives you probably never considered, to do the tasks more decisively and effectively, improving your well-being and health.
The course is set out as 4 modules and allows you to work at your own pace, with a balance of text and visuals. At the end, there is a quiz to test the knowledge you’ve gained, and an evaluation section to complete. Once you have passed the test, you will receive a certificate to print out or download.
Participants need no formal qualifications, but will need literacy skills to complete the course.
