There were so many benefits that I got from this programme. I learned about the U.K. educational system and job opportunities. I also learnt about how to update my CV to target jobs in the childcare and education sector. However, the biggest support was from my tutor/mentor, who coached me for my interview and gave me the confidence and insight on how to answer questions. I now have my dream job as a teaching assistance in my daughter’s school, which is what I always wanted. Raina

I enrolled on this course after the COVID19 lockdown like many other, I had lost my job. I was looking to go back to work, and I wanted to look for something that I was good at. I know that I am good with children, however, I did not know the requirements to work with children in the U.K and the various opportunities available. I learned a lot of things about the childcare and education sector on this course, and I am now able to make informed decision about working within children. The course covered a lot of topics including child development, legal requirements, safeguarding and lots more. Gifty
